Mini Chocolate and Orange Cupcakes
ingredients:
60 grams . flour .
60 gs . pure chocolate 70% cocoa .
60 grams . butter
110 grams . icing sugar .
75 grs . ground almonds .
3 egg whites .
orange zest.
candied orange .
Preparation:
In a bowl sift the flour with the icing sugar , we add the ground almonds and then the melted butter , add the orange zest. Whip the egg whites until stiff and incorporate outflanking the previous preparation . Melt the chocolate and add it without removing much .
Fill molds cupcakes, decorate with candied orange and enter in the oven at 220 degrees for about 12 minutes.

Chicken breasts with orange
INGREDIENTS
4 Breasts

METHOD OF PREPARATION

METHOD OF PREPARATION
